Rolleston Manor is a fantastic development consisting of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed properties located in the idyllic semi-rural village of Rolleston-on-Dove. Incorporating a variety of house styles and fully fitted to the latest standards and including features such as open plan spaces, contemporary fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms. KJB Brickwork completed a total of 119 homes on the Rolleston Manor site.

The project was delivered by our team of experienced builders who were able to work closely with the client throughout the build process. This included providing regular progress updates and managing all aspects of the construction from start to finish. On this particular project we also supplied building materials, meaning our team kept a stringent check on the quantities used & required throughout. This meant we had little to no waste left over and no hold-up’s occurred mid-project pending materials.

Our workforce is equally skilled in both commercial and residential projects, whether they involve just labour, or include labour and materials. Our team understand the needs of both fields and our experienced site managers help coordinate our work with other tradesmen, consultants and the client themselves.
