The Oaks

KJB brickwork have recently completed work at The Oaks development in Kings Norton, Birmingham. A range of house styles were constructed including 1 -2 flats, 3 bed semi-detached houses and 4 bed detached houses. KJB built a full range of properties on the site – a grand total of 168.

We provided the bricks and mortar for the construction of The Oaks at Bellway Homes. We were very pleased with the quality of the final product and we completed the project ahead of schedule. Thanks to our well-organised and efficient methods of working, we were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently.

Our team was able to work closely with the client to ensure all aspects were completed within budget and on schedule. This included managing the site during construction, ensuring the building met all required standards and regulations, and coordinating with the client throughout the entire process.
